By using wisenetwork.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Inquiries submitted through the contact form are offers to begin a conversation; they do not create an engagement until a scope letter is signed.

Services described

Pages describing audits, rates, and engagement paths are informational. Fees, timelines, and scope in marketing copy may differ from a signed scope letter, which controls.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Wise Network unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Client materials shared during an engagement remain the client’s property; our reports are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that impairs service, no submission of malicious content through forms, and no impersonation of Wise Network staff.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Japan, Wise Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For contracted audit work, liability terms appear in the scope letter and prevail over this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a scope letter specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
