Refunds & cancellations

Scope of this policy

This policy covers paid advisory engagements with Wise Network — budgeting application audits, mid-cycle variance practice reviews, policy alignment assessments, and fiscal year kickoff readiness reviews. It does not cover product sales, subscriptions, or physical goods, which we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid under a signed scope letter. Website inquiries without a signed letter and deposit create no payment obligation.

Deposit

A 30% deposit confirms the start date. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel the engagement for reasons on our side, or if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the agreed start date.

Cancellation by the client

• More than 14 days before start: full refund of deposit and any prepaid fees
• 7–14 days before start: 50% of the deposit retained; remainder refunded
• Fewer than 7 days before start, or after evidence window opens: deposit non-refundable; work already performed is invoiced at time-and-materials rates stated in the scope letter

Partial refunds

If we terminate early for cause (for example, persistent denial of agreed document access), we refund unused prepaid fees after deducting work completed to date, documented in a closing note.

Non-refundable items

• Fees for completed findings workshops and delivered reports
• Third-party room hire or travel booked at your written request and already incurred
• Time spent on interviews already held

Rescheduling

One reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice is allowed without penalty, subject to our calendar. Further reschedules may incur a administrative fee stated in writing.

No-shows

If scheduled interviewees miss sessions without 24 hours’ notice, that interview slot is considered delivered for scheduling purposes; a replacement slot may be quoted separately.

Work already started

Once the evidence window opens and we have begun pack review, cancellation follows the “fewer than 7 days / after evidence window” rule above.

Refund process & timing

Email [email protected] with your scope letter reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
